How to Share a Post in the Feed

The feed is where you can express your thoughts, share activities, and interact with others in the community. Let’s walk through posting and managing your content inside the feed.

Step 1: Tap the plus icon at the top of the feed screen.

Step 2: Pick what type of post you want to share — choose to drop a Thought, a Don’t Throw, or record your Activity. Coaches can post coaching activities; learners can post their learning activities.

Step 3: Add your text or photo to personalize your post.

Step 4: Set your post’s privacy by selecting whether it’s visible to Everyone or just the people you follow.

Step 5: Press Post to share your content to the feed. You’ll see it appear at the top.

Step 6: Download your post’s image by tapping the download icon at the top.

Step 7: Use options to share, edit, or delete your post as needed.

Step 8: See who has interacted with your post (such as those who “wipe” it). Tap any user to view their profile.

Sharing posts in the feed keeps your community active and engaged. Try using these features to connect, inspire, and keep track of your learning journey.
