How to View In-Call Chats from Video Calls

In addition to direct messaging, users can also review chats from their video call sessions. Here’s how to quickly access and view your in-call chats for easy reference.

Step 1: Go to your homepage as a coach or learner.

Step 2: Click on Chats in the main navigation.

Step 3: Notice the two tabs: one for regular chats and one for Call Chats.

Step 4: Select the Call Chats tab to see messages exchanged during specific video call sessions.

Step 5: Click on any session’s chat to review the conversation, just like a chat transcript.

In-call chats allow participants to go back and reference what was discussed during a session. It’s a simple, convenient way to keep track of important messages from your calls.
