How to Make Direct Video Calls and Reflect on Sessions

Connect instantly with other users through direct video calls. Follow this simple guide to start a call, discuss AI-suggested topics, reflect on your session, and earn karma coins for your engagement.

Step 1: Go to your home page as a coach.

Step 2: Navigate to Chats and select the learner you want to call.

Step 3: Tap the video icon at the top section to start a video call.

Step 4: Wait for the learner to accept the call and begin your video session.

Step 5: As your call starts, use the AI suggested topics displayed to spark discussion and keep the conversation focused.

Step 6: After the call, complete the code reflection to share your thoughts about the session. Read and fill it out as you like.

Step 7: Press Submit to finalize your reflection. This earns you 10 karma coins.

Step 8: Next, leave a reflection or feedback for the coach. Fill in the feedback and press Submit to earn another 10 karma coins.

Step 9: Visit your karma wallet to review your rewards and recent transactions. You’ll see the session value and any karma coins you received for your reflections.
