How to Start and Manage an Instant Search as a Coach

Starting an Instant search lets coaches connect directly with available learners for instant courses. Follow these clear steps to launch your own search, manage connections, and make the most of your time in the lounge.

Step 1: Go to the Home page.

Step 2: Click on Start Searching.

Step 3: Wait for learners to join. Their requests will appear automatically on your lounge screen.

Step 4: When a learner clicks Join, both of you will appear in the lounge together.

Step 5: View the learner’s profile or start a Video Call directly from the lounge.

Step 6: If the learner rejects your call, the search session remains open for a set timer—default is five minutes.

Step 7: Extend your search time easily. Choose to add 5, 10, or up to 30 minutes.

Step 8: Monitor the timer. The lounge supports up to five learners at a time.

Starting a Search from the Community Screen

You can also start a search from the community area.

Step 1: Go to the Community screen.

Step 2: Click Explore Lounge.

Step 3: Follow the same steps to connect with learners and manage video calls.

Starting an Instant search is quick and user-friendly, letting coaches and learners connect seamlessly for direct calls and instant sessions. Use either the home or community screen to begin, and enjoy effortless engagement with your learning community.
