How to Start a Video Call Using the Lounge or Instant Search Feature

Connecting with other users is simple and fast using the Lounge or Instant Search feature. Here’s how coaches can quickly start a video call with a learner, directly from the home screen.

Step 1: On the home screen, open Instant Search.

Step 2: Wait for a learner to join the search.

Step 3: Once a learner appears, select the learner.

Step 4: Tap Video Call to connect instantly and start your conversation.
