Share a Thought in the Feed for Coaches

Posting in the feed is an easy way to share your ideas, activities, or updates with others. Whether you're a coach or a learner, the feed lets you connect and engage by sharing moments and thoughts with your community.

Step 1: Tap the plus icon at the top of the feed screen.

Step 2: Choose an option: Drop a Thought, Drop a Duo Thought, or Drop an Activity. Select the one that matches what you want to share.

Step 3: Add a photo or start writing your thought. Customize your post as needed.

Step 4: Set the privacy for your post. Pick Everyone to make it public or choose to share only with people you follow.

Step 5: Press Post to publish your update. Your post now appears in the feed for others to see.

Step 6: Interact with your post. Tap the download icon at the top to save your shared image.

Step 7: View, edit, or delete your post at any time. You can also see who has reacted to your post and visit their profiles directly from the post.

Sharing posts in the feed helps you stay active and visible within your community. Don’t forget to check who’s reacting to your thoughts and explore more options in upcoming features!
