How to Create and Share a Post in Your App Feed
Sharing your thoughts or activities in the app’s feed makes it easy to engage with others, showcase your progress, and connect with your community. Here’s how the posting process works, step by step.
Step 1: Tap the plus (+) icon at the top of the feed screen.
Step 2: Choose what you want to share. You’ll see three options: Drop a Thought, Drop a Duo Thought, or Drop an Activity.
Step 3: If you’re a coach, select your coaching activity. Learners should select their learning activity. Pick Drop a Thought to share an idea or inspiration. You can also attach a photo by choosing the Photo option.
Step 4: Change the privacy of your post using the privacy settings. Decide whether it’s visible to Everyone or just to people I follow.
Step 5: Tap Post to publish your update to the feed.
Your post is now live and visible in the feed.
Interacting With Posts
After posting, several features help you and others engage with your content.
Step 1: Add an image by tapping the image icon. Download the image using the download icon at the top.
Step 2: Edit, delete, or share your post with the options available.
Step 3: See who’s interacted with your post. Tap to view the list of users who have “vibe” (reacted) to your post and visit their profiles.
Sharing updates in the feed builds community and inspires others. Try posting your victories, learnings, or thoughts to stay connected and motivated.
