Exploring the Learner Homepage: Features and Navigation Guide

Discover how to make the most of the learner homepage, your central hub for accessing all the core features that support your language learning journey. Here’s how to navigate and use the key tools—so you can grow your skills and connect with coaches and friends.

Step 1: Check your Karma Wallet at the top of the page. This wallet displays your current Karma points—like the initial 60 Karma gifted upon registration. Tap on the wallet to view your transaction history and track how you’ve earned and used your points.

Step 2: Open the Notification Center to review all your in-app notifications. Stay up to date on activity, reminders, and important updates related to your learning.

Step 3: Use the Invite Friend feature to help others join the platform. Share your invitation code or link with friends. Every time someone signs up through your invite, you’ll receive extra Karma points—helping you level up faster together.

Step 4: Visit the Chat Center to see a list of online coaches. Start a chat with any available coach to ask questions, seek advice, or get real-time support.

Step 5: Click the number showing available slots today to access the community screen. Here you’ll find coaches with open time slots for meetings. Tap any coach’s profile to view their details, share information, or book a session directly.

Step 6: Press View All Available Coaches to see an expanded list of coaches currently accepting learners. This makes it easy to browse and schedule meetings as needed.

Step 7: Try the Instant Search feature to quickly find coaches available for immediate video calls. Hit Start Search, and join a session as soon as a coach becomes available.

Step 8: Access the Lounge to view ongoing coach sessions. Join a search or start chatting directly from the lounge. This helps you connect instantly with coaches who are actively looking to help.

Step 9: Meet your Friendly AI Coaches by pressing Pick an AI Coach. Explore the different AI coaches, choose one, and start a supportive, on-demand AI session for extra practice or guidance.
