Understanding Settings and Preferences in the Dual Account

The Dual account offers unique features compared to learning or coaching accounts. Here’s how the settings and preferences work, and what sets this account apart.

Step 1: Open Settings and Preferences in your Dual account.

Step 2: Choose how to preview your profile. Select View as Coach or View as Learner to see how your profile appears in each context.

Step 3: Notice the absence of options like Become a Learner or Become a Coach. Since you've registered directly as a Dual account, you already have access to both coaching and learning spaces.

The Dual account streamlines your experience by letting you manage both your coaching and learning profiles from one dashboard. It’s convenient and efficient for users who want to operate in both roles without extra setup.
