How to Message, Share Files, and Call Other Users
Connect seamlessly with other users—whether you’re a coach or a learner—by using the in-app chat and call features. This guide shows you how to start conversations, share media, and even switch to a video call, all from the main interface.
Step 1: Tap the chat icon on your home page to view a list of online users.
Step 2: Select a user from the list to open a chat window and start your conversation.
Step 3: View the user’s profile by pressing Profile in the chat screen or start a chat directly from their profile.
Step 4: Send a message and wait for the other user to reply. Once they respond, the conversation appears in the chat window.
Step 5: Reply to any message by tapping the reply icon. To copy or edit your sent messages, use the options available in the chat.
Step 6: Share pictures by tapping the attachment or image icon in your chat window.
Step 7: If needed, delete your own messages. For messages you sent, you can copy or delete them for yourself. For received messages, you can reply, copy, edit, or delete for both parties.
Step 8: Access another user’s profile and start chatting directly from there.
Step 9: Click Chat in their profile to open a conversation.
How to Start a Video Call
Switch from text to a face-to-face video chat directly from your chat window.
Step 1: In an active chat, tap the call icon at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Wait for the other user to accept your call. Once accepted, a video call will begin.
Messaging and calling features keep coaches and learners connected for quick communication, sharing resources, and live discussions. Use chat to clarify lessons, exchange files, or escalate to a video call when real-time interaction’s needed.
