See Your In-Call Chats: Quickly Access Messages from Video Sessions

Sometimes you need to recall what was discussed in a video call. Thankfully, viewing your in-call chat history is straightforward. Here’s how both coaches and learners can find and review these messages.

Step 1: From your homepage, go to Chats.

Step 2: In Chats, select the Call Chats tab. This separates messages exchanged during video calls from regular direct messages.

Step 3: Find your session’s chat—for example, a conversation with a learner or coach. Click it to open and review the in-call messages.

You can revisit these in-call chats anytime. Use them as a handy reference to recall instructions, answers, or important session notes. It really is that simple—just click to view and catch up on anything from your last video session.
