How to Directly Call Other Users for Video Sessions

Direct calls make it easy for coaches and learners to connect instantly and have productive video sessions. This guide shows you exactly how to start a call, what happens during the call, and how reflections and rewards work after the conversation.

Step 1: Go to the Chats section from the homepage.

Step 2: Select the learner you want to call from your chat list.

Step 3: Click the video icon at the top of the chat to start a video call.

Step 4: Wait for the learner to accept the call. Once they do, your video session begins.

Step 5: Discuss using the AI suggested topics that appear during your video session. These prompts help keep your conversation engaging and focused.

Step 6: After finishing the video call, complete the code reflection prompt that appears. Reflecting helps reinforce key takeaways from your meeting.

Step 7: Press Submit to record your reflection and receive 10 karma coins as a reward.

Step 8: The coach can also leave a reflection for the session. After submitting, they’ll get an additional 10 karma coins.

Step 9: Head to your Karma Wallet to check your updated balance and see transaction details for the session and reflection rewards.
