How to Join and Explore a Lounge as a Coach or Learner

Joining or exploring a lounge lets you quickly connect with others for real-time support sessions. Whether you’re a coach or a learner, the process is simple and flexible—jump in from your home screen or through the community section whenever you see an active search.

Step 1: Look for active learner sessions on your Home screen. Once a learner starts searching, their session appears right away.

Step 2: Press Explore Lounge next to the active session. This takes you to the lounge screen, displaying all ongoing searches.

Step 3: Find the session you want to join and press Join. You’re now successfully inside the lounge. The learner can immediately start a video call with you.

Step 4: Alternatively, head over to the Community screen. At the top, you’ll see if there’s an active learner session. Tap Explore Lounge to view current sessions.

Step 5: Press Join next to the session you want to enter. You’ll enter that lounge instantly.

Step 6: Scroll through the Community list. When you see a learner card marked as active, it means the learner is searching and open to joiners. Press Join to connect right away.

Step 7: As more users join the lounge, you can see a count of all participants. Remember, each lounge supports up to five users. If the session organizer cancels the search, you’ll be notified that the search is no longer available and can start discovering other users or launch a new instant search.

Step 8: You can always start or join a search from either your Homepage or the Community screen.

Joining a lounge from different screens makes it easy to find and connect with learners or coaches any time. Use this flexibility to start conversations and provide or receive real-time support when it matters most.
