Managing Booking Requests as a Coach
After a learner books a meeting, coaches need to quickly review and respond to booking requests. Here’s how to accept or decline bookings from your coach dashboard.
Step 1: Start on the home page. Click the notification center to view new booking requests.
Step 2: Find the new booking notification and click it to view the booking details.
Step 3: On the booking page, check the booking status. Pending bookings await your action. Click Approve to accept or Decline to reject the request.
Step 4: You can also go to your agenda to see all current bookings.
Step 5: Select any booking from your agenda to review and take an action. If you decline, the booking status updates to rejected and the learner’s karma is refunded. If you approve, the booking changes to upcoming and both you and the learner can prepare for your meeting.
Responding to bookings promptly keeps the process smooth and transparent for both coaches and learners. Make sure to check your notifications regularly for new booking requests.
