How to Add and Manage Your Availability as a Coach
Making your availability clear is essential for smooth scheduling with learners. Here’s how coaches can quickly add, repeat, and manage available slots—all in a few easy steps.
Step 1: From the homepage, tap Add Availability at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Select the time slots you’re available. Tap on individual slots to choose them.
Step 3: To set recurring availability, use the Repeat option. Pick from daily, weekdays, weekly, or set up custom repeat days to fit your schedule.
Step 4: Once you’ve made your choices, tap Continue.
Step 5: Unselect any slot by tapping on it again if you change your mind.
Step 6: Tap Confirm to add your availability.
You’ll see a confirmation that your slots were added. They’ll now be visible to learners on your Coach card.
Step 7: To review or manage your slots, tap the icon at the top of your screen to view all available slots.
Step 8: Select one or more slots to delete by tapping Select, then tap Delete.
The slots disappear instantly—making it easy to keep your schedule up to date.
Adding Availability via Agenda Tab
You can also add available slots through the Agenda tab for extra flexibility.
Step 1: Go to the Agenda tab.
Step 2: Tap Add Availability.
Step 3: Choose your available slots and set up repeats as needed.
Adding and managing your available slots is straightforward and gives both coaches and learners the scheduling freedom they need. Stay organized and make sure your learners can always book the times that work best for you!
