Easily Manage and Share Your Available Coaching Slots
Setting up and managing your availability as a coach is quick and straightforward. Here’s how to add, repeat, and manage the time slots when learners can book sessions with you.
Step 1: On your homepage, tap Add Availability at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Select the time slots you’re available. Tap each slot you want to offer.
Step 3: Choose a repeat option if you want slots to recur. Pick from daily, weekdays, weekly, or set custom days for more flexibility.
Step 4: Once you’ve selected your slots and repeat preferences, tap Continue.
Step 5: Review your chosen slots. Unselect any slot if you need to make changes.
Step 6: Tap Confirm to add your available slots.
Once added, your availability appears for learners to book sessions.
Step 7: To manage your slots, tap the top icon in the main section to view all your available slots.
Step 8: Select slots to delete—pick individual ones or select all, then tap Delete.
Slots are removed and your availability updates instantly.
You can also add available slots from the Agenda tab.
Step 1: Open the Agenda tab and press Add Availability.
Step 2: Select your preferred slots and save.
Managing your coaching schedule should feel seamless—these tools let you share, edit, and repeat your available times in just a few taps, ensuring learners always see when you’re ready to support them.
