How Coaches Manage Booking Requests
Once a learner requests a meeting, coaches can review and respond to the booking directly from their dashboard. Here’s how to accept or reject a new meeting request as a coach.
Step 1: Start at the Home page.
Step 2: Click the Notification Center to see new booking requests.
Step 3: Select the relevant booking from your notifications to open the booking details.
Step 4: Notice the booking status—pending. Choose whether to Approve or Decline the booking.
Step 5: You can also view all bookings and take action from the Agenda section.
Step 6: To decline a booking, click Decline. The booking will update to "Rejected" and the learner’s karma is refunded automatically.
Step 7: To accept, click Approve. The status changes to "Upcoming" and both you and the learner can prepare for the meeting.
Managing bookings this way keeps your schedule organized and ensures learners get quick responses to their meeting requests. Respond promptly to maintain a smooth coaching experience for everyone involved.
