19 - User Account Settings Overview

Manage Your Account Settings and Preferences

Take full control of your experience by exploring and managing the settings and preferences in your account. Access your profile details, notifications, language, blocked users, and support options—all in one convenient location.

Step 1: Tap the top section or the top icon in the app to open Settings and Preferences.

Step 2: In the Account Information section, update your name, password, and email. You can also add or update your phone number, delete your account, download your account details, or export your account logs.

Step 3: Adjust your Notification Settings to choose which notifications you’d like to receive.

Step 4: Review your Blocked Users list. Unblock anyone you wish to reconnect with.

Step 5: Change the App Language to your preferred language. Select from the available options—more languages are added regularly.

Step 6: Check your Call History to see a list of all direct calls you’ve made within the app.

Step 7: Preview your profile as others see it. Play your introduction video or view your account information to ensure everything looks just how you want.

Step 8: Explore the Help and Support section. Browse frequently asked questions or connect instantly with live support if you need assistance.

Step 9: Learn more about the app in the About section and stay informed about updates and information.

Step 10: When you’re done, use the Logout option to securely sign out of your account.
