How to Communicate with Other Users: Messaging and Calling
Connect directly with other users—coaches and learners—using built-in chat and call features. Messaging makes collaboration easy, while calls enable real-time discussions right from your dashboard. Here’s how it works and why it matters: quick, direct communication keeps everyone on track and engaged.
Step 1: On your homepage, tap the chat icon to open your messages.
Step 2: View your list of online contacts. Select a user to start chatting.
Step 3: Type your message in the chat window and press Send.
Step 4: Jump to a user’s profile by pressing the profile name in the chat.
Step 5: Continue your conversation—once the other person responds, messages appear instantly.
Step 6: Tap on a specific message to Reply, Copy, or Delete it. Depending on your role (sender or receiver), extra options like Edit or Delete for both may be available.
Step 7: Share images by selecting the attachment option and choosing a photo to send.
Step 8: Access chat from someone’s profile as well. Tap their profile, then use the Chat button to begin a conversation.
Step 9: From the chat window, start a video call by pressing the Call icon at the top. Wait for the other person to accept—your live conversation will begin instantly.
