How to Message and Call Between Coaches and Learners

Effortlessly stay connected with others on the platform using the built-in messaging and calling features. Here’s how to start messaging, share media, and even initiate a video call with other users.

  

Step 1: On your home page, tap the chat icon.



Step 2: Browse the list of online users, and select the learner or coach you want to chat with.

Step 3: Type your message in the chat box and hit send.



Step 4: Visit a user’s profile and tap Chat to start or continue your conversation.



Step 5: When a message is received, reply directly in the chat window. Wait for the other person to respond to continue your conversation.



Step 6: Share pictures by tapping the attachment or image icon, then select and send your photo.



Step 7: For each message you send, tap and hold to access quick options like Reply, Copy, Edit, or Delete. Choose to delete a message for yourself, or for both sides if needed. When deleting messages sent by others, only copy or delete for yourself options are available.

Step 1: Access another user’s profile, such as a learner's profile, from the main user list or your chat list.



Step 2: Tap Chat on their profile to easily begin messaging.



Step 3: Type and send your message as usual.



Step 1: While in a chat, tap the call icon found at the top section of the screen to start a video call.



Step 2: Wait for the other user to answer the call.



Step 3: Once accepted, enjoy a real-time video call together.
