How to Start a Direct Video Call and Earn Karma Coins

Direct video calls make it easy for coaches and learners to connect in real time. After each call, both users can reflect and earn karma coins, rewarding active participation and thoughtful feedback. Here’s how to start a call, engage with suggested topics, and earn karma coins through reflection.

Step 1: On your home page, go to Chats.

Step 2: Select the learner you want to contact from the list.

Step 3: Tap the video icon at the top of the chat to initiate a call.

Step 4: Wait for the learner to accept the call. Once accepted, your video session begins.

Step 5: During the call, use the AI suggested topics to guide your discussion and keep the conversation engaging and productive.

Step 6: After finishing your video call, it’s time to give your reflection. Read the prompt provided and share your thoughts.

Step 7: Press Submit to send your reflection. You’ll receive 10 karma coins as a reward.

Step 8: Leave a reflection for your coach and hit Submit again to earn 10 more karma coins.

Step 9: View your updated karma coin balance by visiting your Karma Wallet. Check your latest transactions, including rewards for your reflections and session participation.
