Managing Your Coaching Bookings with the Agenda Screen

The agenda screen is your central hub for managing all coaching bookings. You’ll track sessions, manage availability, and filter meetings with just a few clicks—making your coaching workflow smoother and more efficient.

Step 1: Open the agenda screen to view all your current and upcoming bookings.



Step 2: At the top, find the section to manage your Available Slots. Add or edit times when you’re open for bookings.



Step 3: Access Agenda Settings to configure meeting reminders or adjust booking approval preferences as needed.

Step 4: Check the counters for Unattended, Completed, Upcoming, and Awaiting meetings. Click any counter to instantly filter and view those specific bookings.



Step 5: Use the filter options to display bookings by status (like Upcoming, Missed, Declined, or Expired) for easier tracking.



Step 6: Open your Calendar View to switch between different calendar layouts and see the status of each booking at a glance—whether it’s upcoming, declined, or waiting for your approval.



Step 7: When new sessions are booked, they’ll show up automatically. Approve or reject bookings directly from your agenda for quick management.

Managing your bookings with the agenda screen helps you respond faster, stay organized, and ensure no meeting gets missed. Use filters and views to keep everything in order, so you can focus on what matters most—coaching your learners successfully.
