The administrative burden

Registering 800 participation hours per participant is heavy administrative work

800 hours applies to the Z-route; other programmes carry substantial registration obligations too. Your case managers and participation coaches spend valuable time every day keeping hour overviews, following up with participants and reporting to principals. For many it is frustrating, scattered work. Taaly automates the process from start to finish.

Before

Manual work

Retyping hours from Excel sheets or paper lists, chasing chain organisations for their overviews.

Before

Error-prone

Unclear data, missing registrations and hours that have to be pieced together afterwards.

With Taaly

Automated

QR codes, one-click approval and real-time data. One platform, one complete overview.

One platform. One complete overview.

Real-time insight into participation hours. No admin afterwards.

  • Register

Participants register their hours by scanning the QR code on location, or by adding them manually in the app. Participants can also propose an activity themselves, which their supervisor approves or rejects in the app.

  • Approve

Your team approves the hours with one click. Per participant, per route (Z-route, B1-route, MAP, Bbz or PVT) and per chain organisation.

  • Report

Filtered reports per region give you immediate insight into progress, hours worked and the position on the participation ladder. You supply that data directly to your principals.

Privacy and compliance

Built with privacy and compliance as the starting point

VNG, GDPR and BIO

Taaly and the hour-registration module comply with the VNG guidelines, the GDPR and the BIO. Processor agreement and DPIA are part of the set-up.

Participants in control

Participants have full control over their own data: they can view, adjust, download or delete their information.

Strict data access

Supervisors and reporters only have access to the data that is relevant to their role, and only for participants from their own region.

Clear separation

There is a strict separation between the authorities of organisations and those of the participant.

Municipalities

These municipalities went before you

Taaly already works with municipalities such as Tiel, Krimpenerwaard, Bunnik, De Bilt and Utrechtse Heuvelrug, and with the six municipalities of the Drenthe labour-market region in one agreement. Alongside that we work with partners such as COA and VluchtelingenWerk Nederland on reliable integration solutions.

How it works

From registration to reporting in four steps

Voucher codes

After signing the agreement your municipality receives one unique voucher code per participant.

Onboarding

Taaly organises a festive event where participants and supervisors are trained in using the app. Can a participant not attend? Then you send the voucher by email or WhatsApp, with an explanation video.

Register hours

Participants register their hours by scanning the QR code on location or by adding them manually in the app.

Approve and report

In the secure dashboard you approve the hours, follow progress and create reports.

Questions municipalities ask us

The Z-route and the B1-route of the Civic Integration Act, and also programmes such as MAP, Bbz and PVT. Hours are registered per participant, per route and per chain organisation, and your team approves them with one click.

Every chain organisation receives its own QR code and a short explanation. Participants scan that code at the activity, and the hours land in the dashboard under that organisation. No lists to deliver afterwards.

Taaly works with a processor agreement, a DPIA and the BIO, and follows the VNG guidelines. Supervisors only see participants from their own region, and participants control their own data.

Yes. Hour registration, activities and language practice are in the same app. You choose which modules and target groups you start with, and add the rest later.
