What Taaly Jobs means for municipalities

Municipalities know the pattern: a newcomer finishes language lessons, participates in activities, and then faces the hardest step of all, a first Dutch job. With Taaly Jobs, the app your residents already use for language and participation now helps with that step too.
The whole country, from day one
Jobs shows every vacancy Taaly has collected, across the whole of the Netherlands, ordered with the nearest first. There is no per-municipality rollout to wait for: a learner in any municipality sees vacancies near them from day one. Vacancies come from employers open to newcomers and are refreshed automatically every day.
A person stays in the loop
When a learner applies, the Taaly recruiter collects the essentials in simple language, and a person at Taaly reads the application and works on it with the learner. For a klantmanager, that means a resident who starts a job search inside Taaly is not left alone with a chatbot: there is follow-up by people, towards real placement.
Honest about data
Learners give explicit consent before the application conversation starts; data is kept for 360 days after last activity and then deleted automatically, in line with the GDPR, on EU infrastructure. Whether a municipality can see which of its learners used Jobs depends on the agreement with Taaly and on the features launched for municipalities; ask us what is possible for your situation.
One journey, one app
Language, participation, work: with Jobs live, the three parts of the integration journey sit in one app. The next pieces of Werk & Talentontwikkeling, CV and LinkedIn support and interview practice, are in development for 2027.
